Indiana Live Steamers is now offering birthday trains and excursion trains.

Here is a bunch of boring stuff the superintendent of the railroad makes us tell you about the birthday trains and excursion trains:

Fees

$150 for one train for two hours
$175 for two trains two hours
$200 for three trains for two hour
Each train will hold 9 - 12 people depending on size (i.e. child / adult)

The look on the birthday person's face: PRICELESS

Money will be due at begining of event, cash or check please, we cannot process credit payments.


Bad weather policy: If your train excursion must be canceled due to rainy or stormy weather, we will make every effort to reschedule at a later time convenient for you. If we cannot reschedule, all fees paid will be refunded in full.

Location: You can find several maps and directions to the track by clicking on the "Location" tab to the left of your browser window.

We have a covered picnic shelter at the track for your convienence complete with electric service, lights, and tables.
If you would like to make a day of it, other picnic shelters are available thru the park. Call the Johnson County Park office at 812-526-9816.

Rules and Regulations for Passengers: The Safety Rules can be found by clicking on the "Track Safety" tab to the left of your browser screen.

Adult Supervision: Each child under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. One adult is required for every 2 children ages 5 to 7. One adult is required for every 3 children ages 8 and above. Please note that our trains are not designed to transport infants (under 2 years), pregnant women, or individuals weighing more than 350 pounds or 25 stone. Also prohibited are knights in armor while riding their steeds, Indian braves or other warriors carrying flaming arrows, and elephants, giraffes, lions, tigers, and bears (Oh My!).
