The Indiana Live Steamers is a non-for-Profit club located in the middle of Johnson County Park in Indiana. The membership is comprised of like-minded individuals interested in live steam engines, locomotives, tractors, and ride-on scale trains. The property boasts a unique 7-1/2 inch guage miniature railroad that winds through scenic areas of Johnson County Park and a new G guage layout near the club house.
The Public Schedule of Events showcases our days and special events that we are open to the public for rides on our trains.

Membership provides access to our Club House and the railroad year around. See our Member Section page for more details on membership elidgability, rules, special memeber events, and railroad information.

June 1st, Membership Renewal Dues are due!
If you are a member and you haven't paid your membership dues, see Noel Dalman right away and get caught up! Don't be left out in the rain. $75.00 for a single membership, and $100.00 for a family membership. Check the Member Section page for more details.
June 20th, 10 AM Membership Monthly Meeting - ILS Clubhouse
Our next membership monthly meeting will be held at 10 am at the ILS Clubhouse, 3308 Rodeo Dr, Nineveh, Indiana. Visitors are welcome. We will be discussing our plans for upcoming run dates, construction progress, and coordinating with Park activities. Updates from our Officers, Grounds, Safety, Public Relations, Track, Education, Events, and our G Scale Track will be discussed. Members, please don't forget to join us!
June 20th, 2026, RUN DAY!! - McClain Station, Cabin St., Noon - 4 PM
Join us for the next run day of the season! We will load trains from McClain Station and take riders on a scenic tour of the Park. Rides are $4 per person, start at noon and last call for tickets is a 4 PM. Come join us and take a ride on the miniature railroad!
June 26th, 2026, SPARKS IN THE PARK!! - McClain Station, Cabin St., 6 PM - 10:30 PM
Join us for our annual Sparks in the Park train rides! If you are already on your way to Johnson County Park to watch Sparks in the Park, why not ride the train! We will load trains from McClain Station and take riders on a scenic tour of the Park. Rides are $4 per person, start at noon and last call for tickets is at 10:30 PM. Come join us and take a ride on our beautiful miniature railroad and enjoy fireworks from a train!

Our Dog Daze annual multiclub event is be held again this year on September 24th through the 27th at the Indiana Live Steamers in Johnson Count Park.
