The Indiana Live Steamers is a non-for-Profit club located in the middle of Johnson County Park in Indiana. The membership is comprised of like-minded individuals interested in live steam engines, locomotives, tractors, and ride-on scale trains. The property boasts a unique 7-1/2 inch guage miniature railroad that winds through scenic areas of Johnson County Park and a new G guage layout near the club house.
The Public Schedule of Events showcases our days and special events that we are open to the public for rides on our trains.

Run Days Are Coming This May
If you were looking for information about our next Run Day, it will be held in the Spring of 2026 starting in May and lasting until October on the third weekend from Noon until 4 pm. If you had taken a ride with us last year, Thank you for sharing time with us. It was our pleasure to give you a unique experience. Please consider joining us again in 2026. See you in May on the third Saturday.

May 16th, 2026, FIRST RUN DAY!! - McClain Station, Cabin St., Noon - 4 PM
Join us for the first run day of the season! We will load trains from McClain Station and take riders on a scenic tour of the Park. Rides are $4 per person, start at noon and last call for tickets is a 4 PM. Come join us and take a ride on the miniature railroad!
