Phases 1 and 2 are on the ground and in use. Some maintenance is always ongoing to improve the quality of the ride. Phase 3 is in the survey phase at the moment. As always many detail decisions must be made prior to the start of construction, but we expect to begin grading in 2011 and track-laying in 2012.
